I am passionate about working with individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and gain more independence, all while ensuring the process is enjoyable and fulfilling. Working in the mental health and human services sector brings both challenges and rewards, and I am driven by the opportunity to help people improve their quality of life.

I approach every challenge with a calm and solution-focused mindset, always striving for positive outcomes for the participants I support. I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and supported.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and growing my own fruit and vegetables, as well as tinkering with motor vehicles—hobbies that allow me to unwind while staying hands-on and creative.
